About Us

At No Bored Dogs Project, we believe a happy dog is a dog that gets to move, play and bond. We build a community where people and animals thrive together, lowering the risk of neglect and stress-driven behavior.

Community outings with light training and socialization for dogs and their humans.

Active Paws Park

Open-space sessions in Holt for agility-style play and guided exercise.

New Leash on Life

Rescue-to-home pathway with vaccines and initial care for abandoned dogs.

Volunteer Training

Hands-on skills for safe handling and first encounters with new or anxious dogs.

Festival of Happy Tails 2026

Event Goals

  • Fundraise for the Dog Enrichment Center—a dedicated space for physical and mental wellbeing of rescued dogs.
  • Unite local dog lovers, adopters, and volunteers to learn and play together.
  • Promote enrichment as a key to reducing stress and negative behaviors.
